The matte finish is a nice touch, it doesn't slide off my book like glossy ones do. I've been using it in my hardcover novel and the extra length actually keeps my place perfectly.

I love that this bookmark is extra long—it actually sticks out of my thick hardcover novels. The matte finish is a nice touch too, not shiny or slippery like others I've tried.

Finally a bookmark that doesn't get swallowed by my thick hardcovers — at 10 inches it actually sticks out past the pages. The matte coating hasn't smudged or curled once, even after riding around loose in my bag for a couple weeks.
